The exclusions and limitations in this Legal Notice apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. Mandatory rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or restricted remain applicable.

Except as permitted by law, reproducing, modifying, distributing, selling, licensing, commercially exploiting, or creating derivative works from any part of the Website requires prior written authorization from the relevant rights holder.
Access to the Website does not transfer ownership or grant a commercial license to its content, trademarks, or designs.
You may view and retain reasonable copies for personal, noncommercial reference, including your order information and the policies applicable to your purchase.
You must not remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for taking reasonable precautions to protect your devices and login credentials.
Availability and Content
The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We may update, maintain, suspend, or modify the Website and its content. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or the absence of every technical issue or harmful component.
We aim to provide accurate information but may correct errors or omissions. Corrections affecting accepted orders are handled under our Terms and Conditions and applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for losses arising from interruptions, technical failures, unauthorized interference, or errors in general Website content outside our reasonable control.
This does not override enforceable product descriptions, express warranties, or obligations relating to accepted orders.
External Links
Third-party links, platforms, and embedded services are governed by their respective terms and privacy practices.
We do not control independent third-party websites or endorse all content appearing on them. Responsibility for services provided on our behalf remains subject to applicable law.
5. Product Conditions of Use
Products offered through the Website must be used according to the instructions and safety information supplied with the relevant model.
You are responsible for reading the user manual before use and following the requirements concerning filling, cleaning duration, liquids, electrical connections, maintenance, and compatible items.
Improper use includes the following.
- Exposure to excessive water outside the designated tank, unsuitable moisture conditions, extreme temperatures, or other prohibited conditions.
- Unauthorized modification, dismantling, repair, or interference with electrical or mechanical components.
- Use of cleaning agents, liquids, or operating methods prohibited by the manual.
- Use of a device showing signs of damage or malfunction.
- Cleaning items that are incompatible with ultrasonic cleaning.
- Failure to follow required safety, maintenance, rinsing, or drying instructions.
References to eyeglasses, jewelry, dental appliances, or other product categories do not establish that every item within those categories is compatible.
Check the item manufacturer’s care instructions and seek appropriate professional advice if suitability is uncertain.
Do not place items with loose components, cracks, deteriorated coatings, weakened adhesives, or other conditions that make ultrasonic cleaning unsuitable in the device.
We recommend that you do not place items of significant financial or sentimental value, irreplaceable possessions, heirlooms, antiques, or uniquely valuable objects in the device.
6. Disclaimers and Product-Use Responsibility
Electrical and Water Safety
Ultra Cleany ultrasonic cleaners are electrical devices that use water in a designated cleaning tank. You must follow the supplied electrical and water-safety instructions carefully.
Do not immerse components that are not designed for immersion, exceed permitted filling levels, use prohibited substances, or operate the device contrary to the manual.
Misuse and Failure to Follow Instructions
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ultra Cleany excludes liability for personal injury, property damage, deterioration, or other loss caused by misuse, negligent operation, unauthorized modification, incompatible items, or failure to follow the supplied instructions.
You are responsible for operating the device safely and for risks attributable to your own conduct, the condition of the item, and incompatible use.
Damage to Items Placed in the Device
The exclusions and alternative US $300 per-incident liability limit in Sections 10.7–10.11 of our Terms and Conditions govern claims concerning damage to items placed in the device.
The exclusion applies first where enforceable. If liability remains and may lawfully be limited, the alternative limit applies to the affected items and related losses arising from the same incident.
This reference does not create a separate limit, expand its scope, or remove the mandatory exceptions stated in those Terms.
Cleaning Results and Hygiene
Results depend on the item’s materials, condition, buildup, and compatibility.
Cleaning does not automatically constitute sanitization, disinfection, or sterilization. Follow any additional hygiene procedure required by the item’s manufacturer or an appropriate professional.
Website information is general information and does not replace individualized medical, dental, optical, or jewelry-care advice.
Mandatory Liability
No provision excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury where exclusion is prohibited, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
7. Personal Information
We process personal information according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
Our Privacy Policy explains the categories collected, processing purposes, legal bases where required, recipients, international transfers, retention, security, and available privacy rights.
Our Cookie Policy explains cookies, advertising technologies, and related choices.
Using the Website or accepting this Legal Notice does not replace separate consent required for marketing, nonessential tracking, or other processing.
For privacy questions or requests, contact contact@ultracleany.com.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Subject to mandatory protections, this Legal Notice is governed by Wyoming law.
This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country or state of residence where those protections cannot lawfully be displaced by contract.
Disputes are subject to the governing-law, jurisdiction, arbitration, class action waiver, exceptions, and opt-out provisions in Section 14 of our Terms and Conditions, where those provisions have been validly accepted and apply to the dispute.
For qualifying US customers, that section provides for binding individual arbitration, subject to its stated exceptions and opt-out rights.
For consumers outside the United States, mandatory jurisdiction and consumer protection rules remain applicable. This Legal Notice does not independently impose arbitration or an exclusive Wyoming forum where doing so would conflict with those rules.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
